Always on time, courteous and very thorough. Ricky Moala was our technician today. He listened to our concerns, and was very professional. This is why we've been clients for over a decade!

Ricky did a fantastic job. He was patient, listened to me about problem areas, and attended to all the areas where we’ve encountered mice. He destroyed our wasp nests and sprayed inside and outside. He’s the best person we’ve ever had from Thorn! I highly recommend him and would like to request him again in the future.

I can’t express how much I absolutely love this company. The tech that came to service my house was named David and he was amazing. Very knowledgeable. Gave me a much better understanding on how the pest control service works. I had a million and one questions, and possibly even repeated myself multiple time haha but David was so patient with me and answered everything with a smile. I felt so at ease because he didn’t make me feel stupid for asking as many questions as I did. Other companies I’ve dealt with when it comes to men technicians normally aren’t the friendliest so to deal with a company that has such amazing customer service like this is something that needs to be recognized. The office staff as well.. those ladies truly are just as amazing as well! I really recommend this company to anyone needing pest control services. The monthly price can’t be beat! Especially for everything they offer. They go above and beyond for their customers and I truly appreciate a business as awesome as this one!
