James was great! Hope he stays assigned to us for a while. Never seem to have same person for more than 3 months, give or take. Then , reacquainting each new person to the rounds.

I was very happy to see James again. He is polite, thorough, and very efficient. He explained what he was doing and asked if there was anything that I needed. I asked him to check the rodent traps outside. I accompanied him to one of the traps - there was little if anything in the trap. James explained how the bait worked, he added more bait and I was satisfied. I would appreciate it if James could be my regular technician. You are very lucky to have him as your employee. P. Nassi

My house is loved by wasps and needed help by professional. Call them up and they found all the wasp nests and handle it. Staffs are very nice and always explained all the work they done. Call or email to get extra work without any hesitation and they always tried to work with my schedule. Highly recommend anyone who has a same issue.
