Thorn was very quick to respond - same day service. Rich, the technician, was very personable but more importantly, very thorough. I was shocked when he showed me 11 hornet nests just around the front of my house. They were everywhere. Now, I can enjoy my deck without getting stung. I would highly recommend them!
