    Thorn has always done a great job for us, but this most recent visit, the technician was advised to wait until we put our dog in his kennel. (the dog runs off if the gate is opened) He didn't. He apologized when we reminded him. When he left, he left the gate opened so the dog could escape (luckily he didn't) Would really appreciate better attention paid to the customer. UPDATE: Thorn reached out, collected details, and assured me the technician would be trained to avoid situations like this in the future. Increasing rating by one star due to efforts made.
