I started with a one time service from Thorn because of 5 hornets nests outside. I decided to sign on for the continued service to help prevent those evil critters from coming back and to also prevent the legions of spiders I had. Today we had Mark come spray inside the house. He took the time to explain everything he was doing and reassure me on safety for my dog. I appreciate Mark’s professionalism. I definitely recommend Thorn for pest control. It’s well worth it.

Rhett has excellent communication with me. Throughout the day, he came to check in multiple times to explain what he was doing on the property, which I really appreciated. I also love the log binder that Thorn uses, and it's great that they're willing to adapt to our needs. Rhett even called ahead before coming to the property, which was very thoughtful. He seems extremely knowledgeable about our issues and was thorough in completing his work

Ash was great to work with! We had a mishap of when he showed up but was happy to work us back into his schedule later in the day.

I was so impressed with Thorn and our tech Ash. I saw mouse activity late Tuesday night and they were able to get me in The next day when I called that morning. I have experience remediating mice, but did not want to take any chances having small kids and pets around and especially with extra holiday stuff around. I called a few places before Thorne and they were not nearly as comprehensive in their mouse, remediation knowledge and how they were going to help rectify the situation. Their prices were equally comparable to everybody else. I just felt they were going to be able to serve my needs with the mouse activity better than anyone else. very pleased to have gone with them and will be recommending them to anyone I know! Also Vicki, who initially took my call was extremely knowledgeable and how all the services worked and what was included, and that was a huge help not to mention she was super nice!
