Herman was very professional. He cleared away the large wasp nest above our garage and the performed our Summer extermination process with care and attention to detail. Herman and Thorn Pest Control are great!

We had an absolute awful experience with Terminix and we researched decided to give Thorn a try. Roy came out and was super helpful and personable. We received a call the day before to remind us of our appointment, Roy called 30 minutes before arriving to let us know he was on his way, and we even received an email the day of service letting us know who our technician would be. Thanks for the great communication which is absolutely the opposite of Terminix.

All the techs have done a decent job. Roy is top of the heap. I’ve asked to have him all the time but scheduling doesn’t allow it. He would be my go to guy for sure.
