Thorn Pest Control has always been so reliable and we really liked working with Mark as our service technician. He did an excellent job of describing the goal of our service and the plan on how he would accomplish those goals. Then, during the service, he saw a problem area and addressed it, reporting back on the change. I really appreciate the level of service I always receive from Thorn!

Jacob showed up to my house this morning and was very kind, we talked about spraying the outside and decided that to wait until the rain stopped so that the solution would stick. Jacob only did the inside and was very open to what I needed done in each room. He was very kind and said that he would contact the main office to get the outside scheduled to have sprayed. Thank you Jacob and we hope to see you again.

I started with a one time service from Thorn because of 5 hornets nests outside. I decided to sign on for the continued service to help prevent those evil critters from coming back and to also prevent the legions of spiders I had. Today we had Mark come spray inside the house. He took the time to explain everything he was doing and reassure me on safety for my dog. I appreciate Mark’s professionalism. I definitely recommend Thorn for pest control. It’s well worth it.

Rhett has excellent communication with me. Throughout the day, he came to check in multiple times to explain what he was doing on the property, which I really appreciated. I also love the log binder that Thorn uses, and it's great that they're willing to adapt to our needs. Rhett even called ahead before coming to the property, which was very thoughtful.
