Very helpful took good care of the voles Ricky is great . He takes care of all our problems. Thank you

Building was serviced on Oct. 27th, 26’, Colby was the technician, he did a great job, very polite, on time and good at his job. I was impressed with his work ethic and attitude…..best pest control I have ever used.

Roy is great and very thorough.

Roy came to my home today. He paid such close attention to detail and offered several suggestions on ways we could keep rodents and spiders out of our garage. He sealed up a hole for me that could potentially allow mice to enter our home. I really appreciated all he did. I recommend Roy highly.

Technician went above and beyond.

We really appreciate Thorn. They are a top notch company in every respect. The technician, Adam, that served our home was very professional, courteous in all of his actions with us. Mac was incredible as a representative of the company. The communication and follow up by Thorn representatives was exceptional.

technician called to verify location of spray, and swept up dead flies before leaving. Good communicator!

Ash was excellent! I was very impressed with his service.

Roy Sager is amazing! He helps us out at The Kelton and is a huge help, extremely nice, and such a pleasure to be around. He genuinely cares and handles our questions and concerns around the property with such a "fix it" attitude. Highly recommend! Roy is by far my favorite!

I received a message yesterday that Thorn would arrive today. I received another message today from Cole stating he was on enroute. When he arrived, I believe he did the best job yet! Thanks Cole, thanks Thorn.

Thanks for taking such good care of us. Great job and thorough

Rhett was friendly, knowledgeable.and professional.

Thorn Pest Solutions have been marvelous. I have only had my first treatment, but my serviceman, Roy, CLEANED THE COBWEBS OFF MY HOUSE as well as checking for childrens toys and making sure not to spray my belongings either! I had no idea this was part of the service I had signed up for. After I found a nest of more than 15 black widow spiders (I KNOW!!) I decided that my yearly spraying by myself was not going to cut it any more. I have lived in this home for more than 20 years and have always just sprayed myself, but that was the last straw. I have been leary of having bug sprayers come to my house, but Roy was fantastic. Asked me questions about where the problems were, listened and then cleaned the side of the house (Even the basement window where I KNOW the spiders hang out!) and it looks amazing. It dried quickly and did not smell at all. Wow. I should have started this years ago. I'll update if things change, but I am so happy I chose these people!! Thank you!

Thorn has been very responsive to my questions and concerns regarding termite activity at my house. They inspected my property and recommended an appropriate plan to eliminate future infestations.

Jacob very professional did excellent Job. Very fast and on time .Thank you

Pete from Thorn Pest Solutions did an awesome job! He thoroughly cleaned all the exterior spider webs around my house and treated the exterior to help prevent spiders and other pests from coming back. He was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure everything was done properlya! The difference was immediately noticeable, and the outside of the house looks so much cleaner now. I really appreciate Pete’s attention to detail and the quality of his work. Excellent service from start to finish! I would absolutely recommend Pete and Thorn Pest Solutions to anyone looking for reliable and professional pest control!

Pete was very friendly and got the job done.

I’m incredibly impressed with Rich at Thorn’s Pest Solutions. He is polite, punctual, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. I’ve used three other pest control companies in the past, and none of them came close to the level of service and expertise Rich provides. This is not your typical pest control service. They go far beyond simply putting out bait and spraying cracks with orange caulk, which can look especially terrible on a brand-new home. Joe takes the time to understand the problem and address the root cause rather than simply treating the symptoms. After three years of frustration with mice finding their way into our home, I finally feel confident that we’re on the right track. I highly recommend Thorn’s to anyone looking for a professional who genuinely knows what they’re doing and takes pride in doing the job right.

Ash always does a great job on my property--he's kind, knowledgeable, and thorough!

I have been using the service for many years and I have nothing but great things to say about them! I would highly recommend them.
