1-7-2026 Jacob was so cheerful and experienced. It was such a comfort to know that he knew what to look for and how to take care of things quickly. He was so careful to put shoe coverings on each time he walked back down from the attic where he was setting traps for the rodents. He took time to explain things and I was so grateful he identified where they were coming in from near my AC unit and filled that opening with steel wool so they won't be able to come into my house any more. Please tell him Thank You very much! You have a wonderful service and I am very grateful! 2-5-2026 Yesterday Ricky came to check the traps in my attic for any rodents. He had a headlamp on so he could have his hands free as he was checking the traps. He was careful to wear shoe covers in my house and took time to explain what he was looking for in the attic to see if there were traces of feces or places where light from the outside would indicate an access point for rodents. He did find one and took a picture of it before he disposed of it and was able to let me know where it had been located. He reset and rebaited the traps in my attic. None of the other traps in the attic had been sprung. We both came to the conclusion there had not been any recent activity. He told me to let them know if I suspect any more activity. Your company does provide a wonderful service and your technicians are cheerful and experienced! Thank you!

Bayron seemed knowledgeable about our lack or voles or moles. Glad that's not our problem. We're still trying to figure out what's going on. Apparently mole crickets aren't a thing in norther Utah.
